2. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 5-10 working days of receipt of payment. Customized products may require longer processing times, which will be communicated at the time of order.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Italy: 3-5 working days

European Union: 5-10 working days

Rest of the world: 10-20 working days

The times indicated are estimated and may vary according to the destination and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package and will be displayed during checkout before completing the order.

5. Tracing

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the shipment.

6. FRAGILE PRODUCTS

Our glass Christmas balls are fragile and delicate products. We use protective packaging to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. In case of damage during transport, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.

7. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (EXTRA-EU SHIPMENTS)

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and customs clearance charges may apply by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping costs.

8. NON-DELIVERY

If the courier is unable to deliver the package and it is returned to the sender, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. The shipping costs may be borne by you.

9. WRONG ADDRESS

Make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
