Will I have to pay import duties on standard shipping to the USA?
No. Import duties and fees are included with Standard Shipping to the USA, so there is nothing to pay upon delivery.
What happens if I choose an express shipping upgrade?
With an express carrier upgrade, import duties, taxes, and carrier fees are payable upon delivery.

Are your ornaments hand-painted?
Yes, every piece is hand-painted by Sonia Ferrari. Each ornament is unique and may feature small variations that make it special.
Customizations
Is it possible to customize an ornament?
Yes, we offer the option to customize the back of the ornament with an inscription or message. Contact us before placing your order.
Can't find the landscape or city you want?
No problem! I can paint any landscape or city upon request. Send me a message with:
- The name of the desired landscape or city
- A photo of the landscape or city (optional but very helpful)
- The desired size
Once I have reviewed your request, I will create a custom link for your purchase.
